The SV-L series is offered in the output classes 225, 230, 235 and 240 Wp since autumn. The SV-L series builds further on the advantages of its predecessor, the Pure Power SV-X series, adding around 10 percent module surface area. Project developers and electricians will be required to handle considerably fewer solar modules in the future, notably for larger-scale installations such as those on factory buildings and ground mounted systems. Más de 200.000 habitantes del área de Golmud se beneficiarán de la energía producida. Isofoton ha realizado la instalación de una planta generación de energía eléctrica basada en tecnología de alta concentración (HCPV) en China. De 100kWp, está ubicada en las afueras de la población de Golmud, en la provincia de Qinghai, al noroeste del país. Dicha instalación se ha realizado a 2900 metros de altitud y se encuentra en una de las zonas del planeta con mejor recurso solar con más de 7KWh/m2 y día de radiación solar directa y en una zona con muy pocas precipitaciones anuales. Esta planta será la primera de su género desarrollada por una empresa que no es de origen chino. Para la implantación, Isofoton ha trabajado con un proveedor local. La alta concentración es una tecnología novedosa capaz de generar hasta un 50% más de energía que la fotovoltaica convencional y a menor coste.
